To increase the revenue through operations on the Live projects.  

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Keep recruiting and contracting professional content agencies and be responsible for the audition and management of the agencies.
  2. Responsible for daily communicating with agencies, and helping to improve the performance of agencies.
  3. Responsible for daily communicating with hosts, and helping to improve the quality of hosts.
  4. Build and maintain a good cooperating environment and relationship with agencies and hosts.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

  1. The number of daily active hosts on the platform.
  2. The number of total hosts on the platform.
  3. The number of total agencies recruited on the platform.

Required Competencies and Attributes

  1. Respond to work messages in a timely manner, within 2 hours during working hours.
  2. Be responsible to the host and agency, communicate with the host and agency about the content and interactive methods, and help the host and agency to improve the quality.
  3. Able to proactively identify problems in all aspects and solve problems in a timely manner.
  4. Can propose innovative solutions that can be implemented based on existing processes, content, directions, etc.
