Post Mission

Providing technical support to maintain the computer systems, both hardware and software and other peripheral equipment of the company to ensure optimal performance so that staffs can maintain a high level of productivity.

Responsibilities

  1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  2. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  3. Troubleshoot and help resolve issues with software or hardware.
  4. Maintain procedures that provide technical support across the organization.
  5. Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
  6. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  7. Testing and evaluating new technology
  8. Walk colleagues or clients through steps to help them resolve their technical problems.
  9. Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
  10. Train new employees on the organization’s processes, systems and equipment.
  11. Other duties assigned.

Job Qualifications

  1. Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems (MIS).
  2. Minimum of 2 years experience in IT.
  3. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills to resolve issues efficiently.
  4. Strong computer skills.
  5. Ability to fit in a multicultural work environment.
